WHAT WE DO

Appropriate for individuals who favour camaraderie, competition or prefer to train alongside companions and or make new friends. Up to 4 people may take part and sessions will be scheduled at set times for single clients booking without groups or tailored for group bookings.

Seniors Group Training Class

Regular exercise for people over 65 has been proven to reduce the likelihood of serious cardiovascular, musculoskeletal and any fall related health problems. Additionally, the opportunity to exercise within a controlled group and meet new people, are some of the many benefits our over 65 exercise class offers participants.

Ladies Only Class

A class tailored to the specific physical requirements of women, taking into consideration unique anthropometrics and postural requirements, resistance training for optimising bone density and pre or post natal populations.

Group Exercise Class

General group exercise for the keen fitness enthusiast looking to add more volume to their regime.

Technique Optimisation Class

A class aimed at covering the technical models of major exercises, with the focus on comprehensive lifts and derivatives thereof.
