TRAINING APPROACH SUMMARY
In my opinion and in summary, every workout must be guided by a foundational training philosophy. A certified ideology should underpin any effective training system and function as a constantly evolving theory of practice, that guides the learner towards their own goals and ultimately the discovery of their own epistemology. This progressive method of development creates an infrastructure of values, that are guided by the advancements of modern research and the accumulation of information from peers, which subsequently creates a sustainable maturation for the persons long-term health and wellbeing.
